1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 By creating an account on the 62jewelph platform or by accessing any part of the 62jewelph website, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

1.2 These Terms apply to all users of the 62jewelph platform, including registered players, visitors, and any person who accesses the website for any purpose.

1.3 These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 62jewelph Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and 62jewelph.

1.4 62jewelph reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility Requirements

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the 62jewelph platform. This requirement is set in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. 62jewelph reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close accounts where the age requirement cannot be verified.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the 62jewelph platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 62jewelph does not accept registrations from users located in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law. Accessing the platform from a restricted jurisdiction is a violation of these Terms.

2.3 Single Account. Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 62jewelph platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and the permanent closure of all associated accounts.

2.4 Employees and Associates. Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of 62jewelph and its affiliated companies are not permitted to register or maintain accounts on the platform.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration. To access the full features of the 62jewelph platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted. You agree to update your information promptly if it changes.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC). 62jewelph is required to verify the identity of its players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed or at any other time at 62jewelph's discretion.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 62jewelph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.4 Notification of Unauthorized Access. You must notify 62jewelph immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. 62jewelph reserves the right to suspend your account pending investigation of any reported or suspected security breach.

3.5 Account Accuracy. All information provided during registration and throughout your use of the platform must be truthful and accurate. The provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Transactions

4.1 Supported Payment Methods. 62jewelph currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. Supported payment methods are subject to change at 62jewelph's discretion.

4.2 Currency. All transactions on the 62jewelph platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your 62jewelph wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Once verification is complete, GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. 62jewelph reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

4.5 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds that belong to you and that have been obtained through lawful means. The use of the 62jewelph platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

4.6 Withdrawal to Source. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. 62jewelph reserves the right to require withdrawals to be made to a verified bank account or e-wallet in your name.

4.7 Transaction Disputes. If you believe a transaction has been processed incorrectly, you must notify 62jewelph customer support within 30 days of the transaction date. 62jewelph will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General. 62jewelph may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each promotion, which will be published on the relevant promotion page.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be specified in the promotion terms.

5.3 One Bonus Per Player. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each player is entitled to claim each promotion once. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times through the creation of multiple accounts or other means is prohibited.

5.4 Bonus Abuse. 62jewelph reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close accounts, where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting promotional terms, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes.

5.5 Expiry. Bonuses that are not claimed or wagering requirements that are not met within the specified validity period will expire and be forfeited. 62jewelph is not obligated to reinstate expired bonuses.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Random Number Generators. All non-live games on the 62jewelph platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) to determine game outcomes. These RNGs are regularly tested and certified to ensure fairness and randomness.

6.2 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games are streamed in real time. Game outcomes are determined by the physical actions of the dealer and are not pre-recorded or manipulated.

6.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, 62jewelph reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. 62jewelph is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the wagered amount.

6.4 Disconnection. 62jewelph is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection or other connectivity issues on the player's side. It is your responsibility to ensure a stable internet connection when using the platform.

6.5 Game Rules. Each game available on the 62jewelph platform has its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before placing a wager.

7. Prohibited Conduct

7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 62jewelph platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or its games;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the platform's software;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 62jewelph staff;
• Creating multiple accounts or assisting others in doing so;
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.

8. Responsible Gaming

8.1 62jewelph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this area seriously. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion.

8.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who feel they need a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period through their account settings or by contacting customer support. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and no new account may be created.

8.3 Age Verification. 62jewelph strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any player found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately closed and all deposits returned, with any winnings forfeited.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the 62jewelph platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements, is the property of 62jewelph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content.

9.3 The 62jewelph name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of 62jewelph. You may not use these marks without the prior written consent of 62jewelph.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 62jewelph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

10.2 62jewelph's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 62jewelph does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

10.4 You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. 62jewelph is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through your use of the platform beyond the circumstances described in these Terms.

11. Termination and Suspension

11.1 62jewelph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if it determines that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or for any other reason at its sole discretion.

11.2 Upon termination for cause, 62jewelph reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in your account, including bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds, where such termination results from a breach of these Terms.

11.3 You may close your account at any time by contacting 62jewelph customer support. Upon voluntary account closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable identity verification requirements.

11.4 Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall survive the termination of your account.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

12.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12.2 You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the 62jewelph platform shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of the Philippines, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

12.3 62jewelph operates in alignment with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to limit the authority of PAGCOR or any other competent Philippine regulatory body.

13. Amendments to These Terms

13.1 62jewelph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Where required by applicable law or regulation, we will provide additional notice of material changes.

13.2 Your continued use of the 62jewelph platform after any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account.

13.3 It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. 62jewelph recommends that you check this page each time you access the platform to ensure you are aware of the current Terms.
